My favorite sports include: running walking
My goals are: Be consistent. Cardio - 5 or 6 days a week;
Strength training - 3 days a week
My other favorite activities include: I just love to work out - in any form..
I had knee surgery in March, 2008. Despite a great physical therapist, it took me a long time to get back to my normal training patterns. I\’m hoping to get stronger and be able to get back to running some races in 2009
