Worked Out Today - 11/8/09
I was able to get in an elliptical workout at Korte Rec Center this pm after Dank’s football game. Here is what I did:
- Elliptical - 20 minutes on Level 10
- LegPress - Double leg 105 - 5 sets of 12
- Knee Bends - 20 lbs weight in each hand - 5 sets of 10 (Knee bends then toe raises)
- LegPress - single leg 75 - 5 sets of 12
I was so happy to get a work out in - I always am working toward my goal of becoming and staying consistent.

I just joined the Brooks Run Happy Group at Sweat365!
I’m a woman from Greenville IL US, born in 1960.
My favorite sports include: running, walking and being active.
My goals are:
Be consistent.
Cardio - 5 or 6 days a week;
Strength training - 3 days a week
My other favorite activities include: I just love to work out - in any form.
I had knee surgery in March, 2008. Despite a great physical therapist, it took me a long time to get back to my normal training patterns. I’m hoping to get stronger and get back to running some races in 2009
